Tails-U-Win! Membership

 

Tails-U-Win! Canine Center offers a yearly membership for our students who plan on taking multiple classes with the same dog, or have multiple dogs. Membership at Tails-U-Win! Canine Center entitles you to a 10% discount off of your classes, as well as a discounted rate on any special events or seminars hosted by Tails-U-Win! Canine Center.

Members may also rent ring time in the building as well as in the outdoor fenced and equipped agility field. The main room is also equipped with agility equipment and obedience equipment for member use. Ring rental time is available around our existing class schedules.

Membership Renewal

Cost of membership renewal is $75 to start and pro-rates throughout the year. If paying by mail or in person, a renewal form must be submitted alongside payment. Membership is pro-rated throughout the year, and expires at the end of June 2016. Membership is from July 1st, 2017 until June 30th, 2018. Between April 1st, 2018 and May 31st, 2018, we will be offering a special price of $90 for the remainder of the 2017-2018 membership year and the entire 2018-2019 membership year combined.

Paying Online?

If you are going to be paying online using the payment system below, please fill out the following form and submit it. A payment must be submitted after submission of this form. Please allow for 24-48 hours for your membership to process.

Step 3: Wait for email confirmation before signing up for classes/events. This takes 24-48 hours after submitting payment.

 

FAMILY MEMBERSHIP

 

Each individual to be included under a Family Membership, as determined by the office, must provide a waiver. Family membership is from July 1st, 2017 until June 30th, 2018. From April 1st, 2017 until May 2017, we provide the opportunity to sign upf or membership for the remainder of the current membership year, as well as the following membership year (June through June).
