If you have concerns about your dog’s behavior you can schedule a behavior consultation with a member of our experienced staff. We also offer Right Start consultations for those with a new puppy or dog in their family.

Behavior issues include, but are not limited to:

• Aggression
• Fears and Phobias
• House soiling
• Separation Anxiety

Behaviorial Consultations

This consultation usually lasts about 90 minutes, during which we evaluate your dog and take a detailed behavioral and health history.  We discuss your concerns and determine realistic goals for a positive outcome.  We work with you to develop a treatment plan for you and your pet and give you the tools to get you started. 

Many simple issues can be resolved in one visit. For more serious problems, treatment may involve some or all of the following:

• Follow up consults
• Private training
• Group lessons
• Veterinary treatment

Telephone and Email Consultations

Fee: Behavioral consultations by phone are $70.00 per hour.

New Puppy ..New Dog … The Right Start

Are you the first time owner of a new dog or puppy and are feeling a bit overwhelmed? 

Are you are going to be getting a new puppy and you want to make sure everything goes smoothly?

You can schedule a Right Start consult when you get your new dog, or even before he arrives.  A member of our experienced staff will meet with you and your family and make sure you have everything you need to know to succeed with your new pet.
